Twerk It Out! Is a beats and booty workout! Get back to basics learning the fundamentals of twerking. First portion of class review twerking technique’s followed by putting together your new twerk moves into a fun twerk hip/hop choreography set. Let loose. Twerk-It-Out!

Mondays at 7:30pm

Our mission is to merge the ideologies of popular dance culture by bridging fitness gym and traditional dance studio mentality into a place that welcome all levels of dance and fitness in a healthy progressive environment. Our goal is to provide San Francisco dance seekers with community , growth and participation through artistic outlets of music + movement.
